What are heel socks?
VOESH Moisturizing Heel Socks are reusable spa socks with a gel lining over the heel, infused with jojoba oil and olive oil. You wear them for 30 minutes, or overnight, and the gel softens dry, rough, cracked heels while you sit or sleep. They are open-toe, one size fits most, and each pair can be used up to 50 times, so one pack covers months of heel care.

What they do
The gel lining holds jojoba oil and olive oil against the heel so the skin has time to absorb them. Jojoba oil is close to the skin's own oil and soothes and restores the surface; olive oil delivers lasting moisture and improves elasticity. After a 30-minute wear heels are noticeably smoother; worn overnight, a few nights a week, hardened heels soften and cracks close up. How to use heel socks
- Wash and dry your feet.
- Slip the socks on with the gel lining sitting over your heels. The open toe leaves the front of the foot free.
- Wear for at least 30 minutes. For deeper hydration, wear them overnight.
- Take them off and massage any remaining oil into the heel.
- Hand-wash with mild soap, air-dry, and reuse. Each pair is good for up to 50 wears.
How often
For cracked heels, wear them overnight two or three times a week until the skin is smooth, then once a week to keep it that way. For everyday dryness, 30 minutes whenever your feet feel rough is enough.
What is inside
Gel lining: jojoba oil and olive oil. Outer sock: 85% polyester, 15% elastane, which is what keeps the lining snug against the heel. One size fits most adult feet.
Heel socks or peeling socks?
Heel socks moisturize and soften. Peeling socks exfoliate: an AHA and BHA treatment that sheds the dead outer layer of skin over the following week or so. If your heels are dry but the skin is not thick or flaking, heel socks alone will do it. If the skin is hard, yellowed or peeling, do a peel first with the Peeling Socks (or the two-pack), then keep the new skin soft with heel socks. Questions people ask
Do heel socks work for cracked heels? Yes, for cracks caused by dryness and hardened skin, which is nearly all of them. The oils soften the hard rim around a crack so it can close. Deep, bleeding fissures should be seen by a doctor first.
Can I sleep in them? Yes. Overnight is the deepest treatment, and the socks are breathable enough for it.
How many times can I use one pair? Up to 50 times. Hand-wash in mild soap between wears and let them air-dry; do not machine-wash or tumble-dry, which breaks down the gel.
Will they fit me? One size fits most adult feet. The elastane outer stretches to hold the gel over the heel.
Do they help with heel pain? They treat the skin, not the joint. Pain from plantar fasciitis or a heel spur needs a different product.
