Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or changed. However, you can write to us at support@jbskincare.in (if we have or info@jbskincare) and we will make sure to help you in the best way possible.
Please make sure to take an unboxing video & send it to us at support@jbskincare.in, in case you receive a missing, incorrect or damaged product. We will make sure to replace it/ give store credits which can be used on your next purchase.

The average shelf life after opening is 12 months. However, this could vary for some products and we recommend that you check the product packaging.

Yes, and it is more than just minerals! All of our cosmetics are seaweed based, and seaweed is rich in minerals, vitamins, trace elements, polysaccharides, and amino acids providing moisturizing benefits.
Repêchage does not use animal derived ingredients and we never add any dyes to our products. Also, we never test our products on animals.
Yes. We use an array of natural and organic ingredients in both our professional treatments and retail products.
Repêchage does not formulate with Parabens. 100% of our products are Paraben free.
VOESH
We work hard to make sure that VOESH products are suitable for all skin types!
Everyone’s experience can be quite different. We suggest visiting your doctor for a personal recommendation on the best course of action.
All of our products have a minimum shelf life of two years, and many have a three-year shelf life for you to enjoy them longer! If you’d like to know the exact shelf life of one of our products, feel free to send us an email at info@voesh.com.
Yes! Our products are formulated with clean ingredients that are healthy for your skin, such as vegan and natural extracts. We ban over 1,400 ingredients that are known to be toxic to you and the environment. All of our ingredients are also ethically and sustainably sourced.
Our Mani in a Box and Pedi in a Box kits are infused with organic ingredients. While some of the ingredients we use in our formulations are organic, our products are not classified as organic.
VOESH products are formulated and manufactured in GMP/ISO-certified factories in South Korea
Our ingredients and formulas are dermatologist-tested and evaluated by third-party, independent cosmetic labs to ensure they are safe for use.
